Resident Evil 3 Remake Rumour

If you have been following the game’s news for the past week, you seem to have learned that after passing through so many rumors and speculations, the latest Capcom – Resident Evil 3 Remake project cover art has finally surfaced. The leakage of the cover art image seems to be rooted in PSN content updates that were “caught” by one of the tracking sites. Many believe that the presence of this cover art is proof that in a short time Capcom will officially introduce Resident Evil 3 Remake to the public. Of all the moments they could use, the most rational step of course led to the annual gaming industry’s prestigious awards event – The Game Awards 2019.

However, in fact not the case. Resident Evil 3 Remake will certainly not be present at the upcoming 2019 Game Awards. This was confirmed by the host and producer – Geoff Keighley in his latest AMA session on Reddit. Keighley asserted that The Game Awards 2019 will present no less than 10 announcements of new games / projects that have never been opened to the public. Unfortunately, Resident Evil 3 Remake will not be included in the list. Geoff said there had never been any plans related to Resident Evil 3 Remake at TGA 2019.

With this confirmation from Geoff, gamers who are waiting for the first information of Resident Evil 3 Remake at TGA 2019 must end up disappointed. The only other big event that can be utilized now is the Jump Festa 2020 which will be held at the end of December 2019 in Japan, where Capcom has confirmed their involvement. Will Resident Evil 3 Remake be present at Jump Festa 2020? We wait for it.
